• To follow closely the indications of my specialist and to attend the presurgical and postsurgical consultations until I am fully discharged.

• Not hide any information from the medical professional on particular health circumstances (illnesses, allergies), or tobacco, alcohol or drug or medication consumption of any kind.

• To sign the informed consent for surgery before the intervention takes place so that my medical file is complete.

• To cover on time and as agreed upon the medical fees previously authorized by myself.
